Customized Metal Sign is committed to providing our customers with a comfortable and calm buying experience.
Since our products are custom made according to our customers' parameters, returns are generally not allowed. Please make sure to contact us first via email ( [email protected] ).

Return and exchange conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of your receipt.
  • Incorrect product, product quality issues, wrong address

Conditions for non-return and exchange

  • Don't like/don't want the item
  • Wrong product/size was ordered
  • Incorrect or incomplete postal address provided resulting in lost goods

General Return Process

  • To initiate a return: Please send an email to [email protected] with a photo and/or video of the item(s) and inform us of your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request within 2 business days.
  • Sending the item back: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address, along with instructions on how to send the package and where to send it. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
  • Refunds or Exchanges: Once we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days and then offer an exchange or refund.

Return Fee

  • Consumers are not charged a restocking fee for returned products.
  • Shipping costs incurred for returns are paid by us


  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided within 5-7 business days in the same manner as the original payment.
  • If you do not receive a refund within 5-7 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be officially issued. If you have completed all of these actions and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Order Cancellation

  • If you contact us within 12 hours of your purchase, we can cancel your order for you.
  • If your payment has been completed and manufacturing has begun, you will not be able to cancel your order.

Product Damage

  • If any part is damaged in transit or if any defect is found during installation, we will replace the part free of charge. However, no refunds will be given for damage/losses caused by the customer.
